I know we can casually complain about Tumblr messing up, but we should also give credit when it’s due. I want to give a shout-out to their very helpful support staff for their prompt reply and follow-up, plus their very cute survey.
I had emailed them about a glitch in my ask-box, and three hours later they replied. That’s fast for a website of this scale. The issue was fixed. Three days later, they asked me if everything was still okay. They didn’t have to do that. And then this cute survey, which is exactly how all surveys should be.
I clicked on “Great!”
